Fourth graders and 100 miles

Today I had students from my former school inquire about running 100 miles. They were learning about identity. It was so great to see them and the fourth grade teachers. I miss working with such top educators at Coronado hills. Via skype The students the students asked questions about running 100 miles and my perspective on training and rationale. I made sure to point out the importance of maintaining a balanced life and keeping the people that matter most. These are the ideals I have learned in my running exploits. I am excited that my former students and teachers are exploring identity and I was honored to be a part of the learning process. Thanks Che
