3 30 mile weeks
I just finished up another 30 mile week. After a 5 mile jog with the kids I decided to see if I could run a 5k under 20 minutes. I finished up the 5k at 6:40 pace. I am getting faster and the body is holding up just fine. I feel the book Big Book of Endurance is helping me a bit. I start official training in 2 weeks!
