Not running mountains hurts

I hurt my ankle running with shad today. It seems to be merely a flesh wound. Nothing provocative and sustaining I hope. I will likely jog it out tomorrow. I felt ok for a bit but I could tell a week at sea level and not getting in miles hurt. I am excited about my 3 upcoming races. Should be prs on all three. Goal for the 5 k is sub 20. Goal for marathon is 3:30 and dirty thirty is 5:59:59
